Level 1 Shakti Reiki Attunement
Receive an energetic healing session, teachings on the history and practice of integrated shakti reiki, and attunement to Level 1 Reiki. Following completion, receive a certificate and support for 21 days following your attunement. Individual sessions will provide you with practical tools to heighten your intuition, protect your energy, and techniques to help you feel grounded after sessions. You will be able to offer healing sessions to family, environment, plants, pets, and yourself.

Integrated Shakti Reiki
When you are stressed, your body is in a defense fight or flight response, which weakens your immune system. Your body holds on to tension, creating dis-ease. Shakti reiki relaxes the body and balances your energetic field, allowing the body to be in a parasympathetic mode, where the body can naturally release tension, restore balance, and renew cells.
“Rei”, in Japanese, is universal and “Ki” is life force.
